1 cup of almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon of raw honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory)
gluten-free, dairy-free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
This recipe uses almond milk. If you prefer, you can substitute this with coconut milk or even coconut water; though, the almond milk blends well with the other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients in vita-mix.
